Job Description for IT Infrastructure Management – Helpdesk Desktop Engineer with Azure Knowledge

Job Heading

We are looking for a passionate individual, having computer science/IT UG/PG background with 7+ Years of experience and expertise in Desktop Helpdesk support with must to have knowledge in Azure environment including Azure VDI, zScalar and intune.


Desirable Profile

· Technical Skills: L2 protocols, Network Infrastructure, Windows Server, Linux server, DNS, TCPIP, SMTP Email Server configuration, load balancer.

· Good communication skills and logical ability is mandatory.

· The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile.

· MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable.

· Must to have knowledge of troubleshooting in Azure, Intune, zScalar, Azure VDI.

· Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.
