Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Experience :7-8 Yrs


Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Tech Lead , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive projects from conception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the development and integration of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them in complex problem-solving and technical decisions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a focus on (specific Salesforce products/solutions).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
