· Bangalore(Hybrid)

An Oracle Revenue Cost Management Consultant implements, configures, and supports Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and related modules to manage revenue recognition, billing, and costing processes, ensuring compliance with standards like ASC 606. Key responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring RMCS for contract and revenue management, collaborating with finance and sales teams, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training and support for seamless financial operations.

Partner with business stakeholders, particularly finance and sales, to understand and document business needs related to revenue management, billing, and cash applications.
Configure Oracle RMCS modules to meet specific business requirements, including managing revenue contracts, performance obligations, and standalone selling prices (SSP).
Implementation:
Lead and execute implementation projects for Oracle RMCS, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
Facilitate the integration of RMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, SCM, Order Management) and external systems for data flow and automation.
Revenue Recognition & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to ASC 606/IFRS 15 standards by analyzing revenue data, managing deferrals and accruals, and supporting multi-currency and multi-GAAP reporting.
Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize the use of the Oracle RMCS application.
Training:
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of RMCS functionalities and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Oracle RMCS Expertise:
Proven experience with Oracle RMCS implementation projects and/or relevant certifications.
In-depth knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and their application within business processes.
Thorough understanding of billing, revenue management, cash application, collections, and intercompany processes.
Ability to configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications, along with good awareness of out-of-the-box integrations.
Project Management:
Strong project management skills, especially in leading large-scale implementation projects.
