Position: Senior Analyst or Associate (Bilingual - French & English | Canadian GAAP and Taxation) Location: Remote Firm: Pkace Solutions Private Limited About our client They are a modern accounting firm redefining how CPAs work. About the Role As an Intermediate CPA / Senior Analyst or Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing and reviewing client engagements while mentoring junior team members. You’ll collaborate with our in-house AI tools and leadership team to deliver high-quality work and continuously improve our processes. This position is a natural next step to deepen your technical expertise in accounting and tax. Whether your goal is to move toward a leadership role or remain closely involved in engagement preparation, we offer a fast and flexible growth path aligned with your ambitions. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, including compilations, review engagements, and audits. Contribute to tax-optimization strategies and prepare corporate tax filings. Supervise and mentor analysts and CPA candidates. Perform risk assessments to identify potential accounting or tax issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with AI assistant, to boost efficiency and deepen analysis. Contribute to process and technology improvements across the firm. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2–4 years of relevant assurance experience (ideally including Big Four) covering audit, review, and compilation engagements, plus corporate tax. Education: CPA designation or active candidacy is a strong asset. Knowledge: Solid understanding of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE, NCECF) and corporate tax principles. Technology: Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a strong eagerness to learn and adopt new technology. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French for client interaction and documentation. Soft Skills: Critical thinking, autonomy, precision, and keen attention to detail.
