Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive

Having profitably grown bootstrapped for the past 7 years, we are now scaling by executing growth playbooks on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. Our goal is to innovate the personal care space and reach a revenue of INR 100 cr. ARR by 2026. Leadership Team: Consists of professionals from Bain & Co. & KPMG. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead our influencer campaigns. You will collaborate with influencers across various platforms, execute engaging campaigns, and help boost the visibility of our innovative personal care brands like Djokr, Sotrue, and Beardhood. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building impactful relationships with influencers to grow brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Identify new influencer partnerships and negotiate terms to ensure beneficial collaborations. Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with brand goals and product launches. Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns. Deep understanding of influencer trends, social media platforms, and content creation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with performance marketing and data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and social media analytics platforms. Experience in D2C brands, especially in the beauty, grooming, or lifestyle sectors, is a plus.
