We are looking for AVPs to join our team in Delhi / Bangalore (though candidates from Delhi will be given preference)
As an Assistant Vice President at Orios Venture Partners, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Working closely with our experienced group of partners, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our portfolio companies and drive positive impact in startups.
Key Responsibilities
:Working closely with management teams of investee companies to build enterprise valu
eManaging all aspects of the investment process including origination, modelling, diligence, documentation and structuring of transactions
.Portfolio management tracking monthly financial and operating metrics of companie
sWorking on exits and preparing exit recommendations
.
Minimum Requirement
s:
MBA / Bachelor’s from a top -tier college (IIMs/ISB/Ivy Leag
ue)Minimum 3 years experience in Venture Capit al and minimum 8 years experience over
allStrong analytical skills and attention to deta
