Qualification
MBA or equivalent and Ph.D. or equivalent (and as per guidelines given by AICTE).
IIT /IIM/ISB/XLRI alumni will be preferred.
The candidate should be an eminent person in Academics, Research and Administration.
Age: 45 - 52 years
Experience
Minimum 15 years. of experience in teaching/ research/ industry, out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of a Professor.
Administrative experience in handling the academics/ research in the Management faculty of a private University.
Experience working on various accreditation and rankings like NIRF/AACSB/NBA/ NAAC will be preferred.

- Research Publication: Reasonable r esearch publications as Associate Professor in Scopus (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4)/WOS (SCIE, SSCI) journals and two successful PhD guided as Supervisor / Co-supervisor.
Job Responsibility
Academic Leadership:
- Lead the development and implementation of the B School's academic strategy, ensuring alignment with the Indira Group of Institutes' vision and mission.
- Oversee curriculum design, program development, and pedagogy, fostering a learner-centric and industry-relevant approach.
- Ensure academic rigour and continuously enhance teaching, learning, and assessment standards.
- Develop strategic alliances with industry stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance, internship opportunities, and student employment pathways.
Research and Innovation:
- Promote a vibrant research culture by encouraging faculty and students to engage in impactful research.
- Guide and assist in securing funding for key projects.
- Facilitate the dissemination of research through publications, conferences, and industry partnerships.
Administrative Leadership:
- Manage day-to-day operations with efficiency and transparency.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence at B school.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, performance management, and professional development of staff members.
- Build a strong community among students, faculty, staff, and alums, promoting collaboration and shared purpose.
- Ensure the School contributes meaningfully to the university’s goals and societal impact.
