About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented individual with a deep understanding of design principles, video editing techniques and the latest trends in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing materials, including social media, websites and print.

Develop brand identities and style guides.

Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX interfaces.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Video Editing:

Edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and product demos.

Utilize advanced video editing techniques, such as motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.

Create engaging explainer videos, product demos, and brand videos.

Work with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling video content.

Reel Marketing:

Create engaging and visually appealing Reels for various social media platforms.

Develop a strong understanding of Reel trends and algorithms.

Edit Reels with high-quality graphics, text overlays, and music.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative Reel concepts.

Track and analyze Reel performance metrics to optimize future content.

Motion Graphics:

Create dynamic and visually striking motion graphics for videos, presentations, and social media.

Use advanced animation techniques to bring designs to life.

Collaborate with the video editing team to create seamless visual experiences.

AI Tool Proficiency:

Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends in design and video editing.

Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.

Experiment with AI-generated design elements and video effects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Procreate.

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Excellent knowledge of design and video editing trends, particularly in Reel marketing and motion graphics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

A creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling.

Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or DALL-E 2 is a plus.
