Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 5-7)
· 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE having strong hold in Core Java.
· Looking for a senior technical lead who can drive the discussions with customer and drive the projects on his own.
· Strong hands on programming skills in Java 8 development in current environment and proficient on Java streams
· Good experience in Requirement gathering, Design, Implementation, Unit Testing (JUnits), Deployment, Maintenance.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
· Should have hands-on Experience in Java/J2ee/Webservices/Spring/Spring boot/Reactive Programming
· Experience in DataBases (MySql, Oracle, etc.)
· Experience in Version Management System (Git/SVN etc.) · Knowledge of UNIX, Shell scripts etc. is an added advantage
· Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
· Should be confident enough to independently write services from scratch.
· Good in Java11 programming
· Strong concepts about Data-structures.
· Strong understanding about multithreading and concurrency management. · Strong expertise with Oracle
· Good understanding about micro services based architecture
· Good experience with Spring Framework and various Spring projects like Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Web Flow, Spring Web Services · Hands on experience with apache Kafka · Hands on experience with Cassandra · Hands on experience with Solr will be preferred · Good knowledge on common design patterns
