Job experience : 6-10 years

We’re seeking a Python-focused engineer skilled in AI and agentic workflows. You’ll build and

deploy agents that reason, integrate tools, and automate tasks—serving as our first hire in this area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop workflows where agents act autonomously. E.g., document reasoning, cause ranking, ticket generation.
  • Integrate tools, APIs, and knowledge sources using Python, FastAPI, and async I/O.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and manage agent orchestration.
  • Deploy solutions using Docker, CI/CD tools, with logging and monitoring for performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to iterate on prototypes, delivering functional agent workflows.
  • Write clear documentation detailing design, workflow logic, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-10 years using Python in AI or applied machine learning work.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Python, FastAPI, async I/O
  • Agent orchestration and RAG workflows (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • Tool/integration development with external APIs or knowledge bases
  • Docker, CI/CD pipelines, logging and observability setup
  • Track Record: Delivered agent-based prototypes that reason, call tools, and support operational tasks.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to document clearly, deliver iteratively, and collaborate with non-technical domain experts.
