To help us continue growing, we’re seeking an experienced director of operations to join a highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a dynamic setting. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. The director of operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company. Position Title: Java angular full stack developer Location: Noida Work Timings: 10 am – 6 pm local time (US Time) Job Type: Full Time Experience Level: 5+ years ABOUT THE ROLE As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a Support team dedicated to making our client’s products best in class both in terms of features and UX. From time to time you will also be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to the customer. This is a hands-on, critical role in our organization and is highly technical. The right candidate will enjoy problem-solving with our clients in a highly specialized and technical way. This is a full-time role, based anywhere in India, with the ability to work flexibly with our UK/French/Indian teams occasionally. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to: Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with the products Interact with the Product Owner to help define the future of the products Develop new end-to-end features: from design to implementation (develop and integrate APIs and the front-end interfaces and visualizations the power to deliver product features) Work with other team members to develop and maintain new features Participate in Tech Sprint during which the focus is on improving the existing codebase Share your (tech and non-tech) knowledge during the internal Tech Talk Leading the investigation of multiple Support Tickets and working collaboratively to understand and resolve customer issues providing the best solution possible Prioritizing issues and giving the customers (both internal and external), located in multiple countries and time zones, the level of duty and care they need to help implement our platform in their environments Creating knowledge articles to complete our documentation and enabling customers to better understand product use cases Being innovative within the team and with customers to help improve processes and tools WHO YOU ARE 10+ years of professional experience in application development You are fluent with modern versions of Java and have used it in wide backend applications You already have successfully built a UI app using Type Script with Angular or another modern web framework you understand the value of writing automated tests to prevent regression bugs You like sharing knowledge and continuous learning is important to you are curious about and want to be part of all aspects of a project like CI, dependency management, and vulnerability management are patient , and resilient and have great problem-solving skills y ou possess great attention to detail and provide accurate solutions to internal and external stakeholders ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills, if not more: Backend Skills: Java 17 Spring (Data, Security, etc.) Database knowledge: JPA, JDBC, Spring Data or equivalent Testing: JUnit 5, Cypress, Jest Other backend skills: Liquidbase, Vertx, RXJava Frontend Skills: Angular 17 Other frontend skills: Cypress, Jest, Angular Material Harness, Storybook Relational Databases (Tools): Maria DB, Postgre SQL, My SQL or equivalent No SQL Databases (Tools): Elastic Search, Mongo DB, Cassandra, Redis Messaging: Kafka, JMS, Rabbit MQ, Solace, MQTT or equivalent Cloud: Azure Metrics and Tracing: Grafana, Prometheus, Open Tracing, Jaeger Continuous Integration and Deployment: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD Build Automation Tools: Maven, Yarn If you have the requisite skills and experience, we encourage you to apply and join us on this rewarding journey.
