Track performance, analyze data, optimize campaigns, and scale what works. Stay ahead of trends, memes, and creator culture to keep our brand relevant. #Have 2 - 4 years of experience in social media, influencer, or brand marketing (FMCG/D2C experience is a big plus). Have a sharp understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, influencer platforms). Have hands-on experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking. Are equally creative and analytical and you can vibe with memes and metrics alike. Bonus: You’re a creator yourself or have managed creator-led brands before.
