We’re Hiring | Faculty Coordinator (Business Operations Associate)Location:Work From Home | Candidates fromOdisha only6 Days Working | Full-TimeAbout the RoleJoinPhysics Wallah (PW)— India’s most trusted Ed Tech platform transforming the learning landscape for millions of students We are looking for aFaculty Coordinator (Business Operations Associate)who can efficiently manage academic operations, coordinate with faculty, and ensure seamless execution of classes and schedules.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update operational sheets and documentation to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow.Coordinate with faculty members for class scheduling, communication, and session management.Act as a bridge between multiple departments to ensure timely coordination and issue resolution.Monitor operational metrics and assist in implementing process improvements.Plan, organize, and follow up on departmental meetings and action items.Support leadership with report preparation, calendar management, and documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.Proficiency inGoogle Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Odisha’s regional language (Odia) is mandatory.Preferred Skills:Prior experience in an educational or e-learning setup.Basic data analysis and reporting skills.Interested candidates can apply by sharing their resume at:Subject Line:Application – Faculty Coordinator (Odisha)
