Strong analytical abilities for understanding complex business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Experience with bot lifecycle management, including version control, deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
Knowledge of best practices for bot maintenance, handling bot performance, and ensuring minimal downtime.
