Solution Architect – Experience Cloud ~8 to 12 Years of Experience ~ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives. ~ Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices. ~ Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions. ~ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. ~ Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Experience Cloud features such as digital experiences, portals, communities, and content management. ~ Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal delivery. ~ Stay updated with the latest Experience Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. ~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ~8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years architecting and implementing Experience Cloud solutions (Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms). ~ Strong understanding of Experience Cloud features, architecture, and integration patterns. ~ Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks. ~ Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences. ~ Experience integrating Experience Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ~ Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred. ~ Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus. ~ Experience with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ~ Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. ~ Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. ~
