Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end book publishing process. This includes assigning writers, managing the editorial process, coordinating proofreading activities, and collaborating with designers to ensure the creation of engaging and interactive books. The project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the brand voice and style, creating and adhering to content calendars, developing content strategies, managing team members, and ensuring consistency across all content platforms. Project Manager’s Responsibilities ● Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements and stay within Collaborate with authors to understand their vision and guide them through the writing Coordinate the editing process to meet project timelines and quality expectations. ● overall content quality. ● Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery of books. Proven experience in project management within the publishing industry. ● Strong understanding of the book publishing process from manuscript to publication. ● Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. ● Familiarity with industry-standard editing and design software is a plus. ● Creative thinking and a passion for literature.
