We engage our young learners through creative, purposeful and holistic learning experiences while building out a pioneering school which focuses on learning through the joy of play. The Papagoya School caters to diverse student learning styles and needs, through the application of a wide range of teaching techniques, particularly in mathematics, literacy and in integrated, thematic-based and project-based learning experiences

Support the professional management and operation of the micro-school.
Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management.
Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch.

Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master’s Degree in Education
Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
Comfort in teaching English, Math & Science
Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach.
Desire to be involved in building a micro-school from the ground up.
