Role And Responsibilities:  Manage Data Principal Access Requests (DPARs) and other rights requests from data principals, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws.  Coordinate with internal departments and cross function stakeholders (Legal, IT, HR, etc.) to gather necessary information for fulfilling requests.  Maintain detailed records of all requests and responses, ensuring audit readiness.  Develop and update procedures for handling data principal rights requests and grievance requests.  Define and implement escalation protocols for unresolved or complex Data Principal Rights requests.  Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average response time, SLA adherence rate, and request volume trends.  Define & operationalize metrics/KPIs for tracking request volumes, resolution times, and compliance  Provide training and guidance to employees on handling data principal rights.  Monitor regulatory developments and update internal processes accordingly.  Simulate DSARs requests and identify areas of improvements  Monitor SLAs for responding to Data Principal Rights and take appropriate actions in case of any breach in SLAs  Support investigations into complaints or breaches related to data principal rights.
