Job Tile - Staff Quality Assurance EngineerJob Location - Pune, HybridBudget - INR 53 lacsWhat You'll DoBuild and maintain automated test frameworks for end-to-end testing from UI to backend APIsCreate comprehensive UI test suites using Cypress for device fingerprinting components and user flowsDevelop API test automation for REST/gRPC services and integrate with CI/CD pipelinesTest cloud infrastructure components including CDN caching, network latency, and platform bottlenecksLead quality initiatives for high-scale services, ensuring reliability and performanceExecute security testing and red team exercises to validate fraud prevention mechanismsPartner with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and drive system improvementsEstablish QA best practices and mentor junior engineers on testing methodologiesWhat You'll Need8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a senior/staff roleStrong experience with UI/frontend testing and E2E test automation (Cypress, Selenium, or similar)Proven experience testing large-scale distributed systemsHands-on programming skills in Go, Python, or JavaScriptStrong API testing expertise (REST, gRPC) with automation framework experienceWorking knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructureExperience with security testing methodologies and fraud detection systemsPerformance testing expertise with ability to identify bottlenecks at scaleSelf-directed problem solver who can work independently on complex challengesExperience with SQL, NoSQL databases and vector databasesNice to HaveUnderstanding of device fingerprinting, bot detection, and anti-fraud techniquesKnowledge of CORS policies, CDN behavior, and middleware architectureCross-browser testing experience and familiarity with browser automation toolsMobile testing experience across iOS and Android platformsBackground in red team exercises and adversarial testing
