Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Head to oversee the complete operations of Adani Hospital Roha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Required Qualifications - MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or Post Graduate degree in Hospital and Healthcare Management - 5-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration - Strong track record of managing hospital operations and P&L responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Management - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hospital's short-term and long-term objectives - Identify growth opportunities and develop business expansion plans - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, insurance companies, and corporate clients Operational Excellence - Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments - Implement and maintain quality standards across all hospital functions - Monitor and optimize resource utilization, including staff, equipment, and facilities - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements Financial Management - Manage the hospital's P&L account and prepare monthly financial reports - Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts - Implement cost control measures while maintaining service quality - Drive revenue growth through new initiatives and service improvements People Management - Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff - Implement effective HR policies and procedures - Ensure adequate staffing levels and promote professional development - Foster a positive work culture focused on patient care excellence Quality and Compliance - Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and hospital policies - Monitor and improve patient satisfaction levels - Implement best practices in healthcare delivery and hospital management - Oversee risk management and safety protocols Required Skills and Competencies - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities - Strong financial acumen and business management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Work Experience - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospital administration - Proven track record in P&L management - Experience in managing a similar-sized healthcare facility - Background in implementing quality improvement initiatives Location Roha, Maharashtra Reporting The position reports to the Head of Healthcare Operations Working Hours The role requires flexibility in working hours including occasional weekends and holidays as per hospital requirements.
