Role Overview
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, roadmap, and performance of Pepagora’s B2B marketplace platform. This role requires a dynamic leader with a customer-first mindset and a strategic approach to product management. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and UX teams, you will help drive Pepagora’s growth through successful product launches, continual enhancements, and market responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Pepagora’s mission to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, setting a clear vision for the platform’s evolution.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to understand SMB needs, trends, and competition, transforming insights into impactful product decisions.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog, aligning decisions with customer feedback, market shifts, and business priorities.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to gather and prioritize detailed product requirements, aligning with business and customer goals.
- Product Development & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, QA) to deliver high-quality products on schedule, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and resource efficiency.
- Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities for maximum impact and customer engagement.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track product performance metrics, analyze usage data, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on product vision, goals, and priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams, partners, and customers, driving engagement and alignment across the board.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
