Job Title: Oracle OTL Functional ConsultantExperience Required: 10–12 YearsLocation: PAN IndiaRole SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud HCM. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and providing functional support in Oracle Time and Labor processes. The role demands excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a global environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead OTL functional workstreams for implementation, enhancement, and support projects.- Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable OTL solutions.- Configure Oracle OTL modules (Timesheets, Time Entry Rules, Work Schedules, Approvals).- Integrate OTL with Payroll, Absence Management, Projects, and other HCM modules.- Conduct workshops, prepare functional design documents (MD50s, BR100s), and test cases.- Perform end-to-end testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and support deployment.- Work closely with technical teams (RICE components, extensions, and interfaces).- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within SLA.- Ensure compliance with client standards, policies, and best practices.- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle OTL, mentoring junior consultants.Required Skills & Experience- 10–12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).- Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle OTL implementations (EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud HCM).- Strong knowledge of OTL rules configuration, layout design, time entry validations, and approval workflows.- Experience in integrations with Payroll (EBS Payroll/Global Payroll/Cloud Payroll).- Knowledge of OTL integration with Projects, Absence Management, and HR modules.- Ability to create and review functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams.- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for OTL-related issues.- Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders.Good to Have- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM – Time & Labor.- Exposure to Oracle Payroll and Absence Management in Cloud/EBS.- Knowledge of fast formulas and personalization/extensions in OTL.How to Apply:Send your updated resume to: or WhatsApp to .Please include the following in your email/WhatsApp:- Full Name- Contact Number- Total Experience- Relevant Experience- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice PeriodThanks & Regards,Latha.A
