Job Title: Program Manager (Faridabad) Nimaya Foundation ( ) Work Mode: Remote with occasional field visits, Full-time Pay: ₹40,000 per month Engagement Period: 6 months (can be converted to long-term engagement based on suitability). GenAI Ready Naari: Teaching GenAI tools to graduates from underserved communities ● #Enabling women to build financial independence as content creators. ● Project Nimaya: Delivering digital and workplace training to daughters of farmers in rural Haryana. What We’re Looking For: Program Manager for ‘Project Nimaya’ (Faridabad) Sees CSR not as charity, but as a nation-building investment. ● A strong desire to support and enable the success of young women from restrictive circumstances. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the education sector, NGO, service industry, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships. ● Passion for learning and helping others succeed, with strong interest and experience in operations. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. ● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, team members, and stakeholders. ● Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs; open to occasional travel. ● Proficient with Google Suite and other digital tools; experience with Canva is a plus. ● Based in Faridabad, with willingness to travel to field locations. Cohort Building & Management: Design, build, and manage cohorts of ambitious young women from restrictive backgrounds to join training programs. Build and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and colleges. Lead partnership meetings with decision-makers to secure collaborations for Project Nimaya. ● Build strong relationships with trainers, oversee high-quality program delivery, and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goals. ● Develop and implement learner engagement strategies, including direct communication (calls, meetings) to maintain active participation, monitor attendance, and address challenges promptly. ● Event & Activity Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of learner events, workshops, and community activities to enhance learning and networking opportunities. ● Continuously assess program effectiveness through learner feedback, testimonial collection, data tracking, and progress monitoring. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate program databases, track learner performance metrics, and prepare reports for internal review and external stakeholders. ● Administrative & Operational Leadership: Manage daily program operations, oversee administrative processes, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of all program elements. ● Join us at Nimaya and be part of a movement that's breaking barriers and building futures for young women with big dreams.
