Senior Java Consultant

OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Consultant with 6–7 years of experience in software development, system design, and cloud technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role for professionals who excel in collaborative, agile environments and are passionate about building high-quality, scalable systems.Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Delivery & ArchitectureCollaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful software solutions.Lead the design and implementation of microservices architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.Drive design discussions using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and apply event-driven architecture where appropriate.Write backend services in Java with clean coding and testing best practices.Cloud & DevOpsDeploy and operate systems on AWS or Azure , using services like Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and managed databases.Automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).Ensure system observability, fault tolerance, and eventual consistency in distributed environments.PerksObject BootcampSabbatical LeavesParental LeavesOffice Perks (Free Meal, Snacks)Career Oriented WorkCultureOpen CultureFlat Hierarchy360-degree feedbackMentorship ProgramPeople SupportiveCompetitive & Friendly Environment
