This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead-Dot Net, located in Bengaluru/Coimbatore. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, managing project timelines, and fostering team collaboration. Daily tasks include front-end development, software development, and using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure knowledge sharing and effective project execution. The Lead is required to guide a team of C# and .net developers in architecting and implementing enterprise scale C# and .net applications. This includes architecting the business requirements into technical design and leading a team of c# and .net developers to implement the applications. •Successful applicants can expect to work in fast paced environment and will work with dynamic projects teams. •Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle. •Provides technical and architectural direction to the software team supporting .Net applications. Required Experience: •Asp.net development/design and architecture experience. •Experience with multi-tiered .Net web applications using and MVC (3/4/5) frameworks. •Experience with Entity framework experience . •Net 3.Experience or Good knowledge on Azure. •C#, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, Restful API,Entity Framework, Enterprise Library, JQuery, Linq •Experience with building web-based applications using MVC / Razor framework, 2.Development utilizing SQL Server database including writing stored procedures. Proven experience in Team Leadership and overseeing development teams Strong skills in Front-End Development and familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working with .NET framework is a plus
