Technical Leadership

Oversee the complete product engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment

Design application management services, ensuring high availability and performance
Customer Engagement
Act as a technology advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions

Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations, showcasing our capabilities and solutions
Build and manage long-term, strategic relationships at the executive level.
Solution Development
Outline and propose solutions to complex business problems, emphasizing risk mitigation and feasibility
Develop detailed technology proposals, including cost estimations and resource planning
Solid presentation skills using appropriate tools and representations
Strategic Influence
Understand industry trends and contribute to the development of new offerings and modifications to methodologies
Lead in the definition of processes, standards, and policies
Represent the firm at industry-wide external events as a keynote speaker and lead multi-vendor external projects
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Must have experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, IoT, and integrating them into innovative solutions
18+ years of industry experience in software development and architecture
Proficient and experienced with Business Architecture, Application Architectures, Technical and Data Architectures
Strong experience with Generative AI, and other emerging technologies
Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices
Open Group Architecture certified and/or other Architecture certifications
Strong experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales and negotiations
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
