Hiring SOX Business Controls Tester with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS) Experience level: 3-8years Location: Remote/PWFH Required Qualification: CA/CMA The Manager – SOX Compliance is responsible for the execution of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) testing across Vodafone’s finance processes. This role ensures timely delivery of the SOX cycle in alignment with Group Methodology and supports senior management through ad-hoc project execution. You are a qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant with over six years of post-qualification experience in Audit, SOX Compliance, or Risk Management. You bring hands-on expertise in testing business SOX controls and have a strong understanding of risk identification and control implementation. Experience with a Big-4 firm is desirable. Conduct SOX compliance and Section 404 testing for in-scope finance processes with minimal supervision. Support senior management by executing ad-hoc projects. Maintain Standard Control Sets for Vodafone Finance Operations. Manage projects efficiently and deliver within agreed timelines. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and adaptability to additional responsibilities beyond SOX testing. Proven experience in SOX control testing and audit procedures. Strong understanding of risk management and control frameworks. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
