· QC ManagerClient Name: NIVA BUPAHiring By: Phoenix Assurance Pvt LimitedBackground of the Company: We are the most preferred partner for majority of private insurance companies in major parts of India in relation to claim verification and investigation.Job Location: Noida, DelhiEligibility: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT) (03 Vacancy)Experience Reuired: 1 or 2 Years exp in Insurance Industry (MANDATORY)Job Role & Requirements:• Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidenceand investigator findings• Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy,clarity, and completeness• Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements• Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report draftingprocess• Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-qualitystandards• Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implementcorrective actions• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills• Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understandingof line of treatment• Excellent command over English (both written and verbal)• Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and emailcommunication• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry ispreferredJob timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)Leave/Holiday: One Week Off, One Paid Leave Per MonthSalary: Upto 55 K (as per experience & Completion of target basis)Joining: ImmediateCandidate must be flexible with the shift timingsContact Team:Pooja HR Executive-
