The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to run initiatives end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with senior leadership.You will conceptualize, plan, execute, and improve key initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.Key Responsibilities1. New InitiativesUnderstand business objectives and identify improvement opportunitiesPropose solutions, drive stakeholder buy-in, and lead implementationTrack performance and continuously optimize processes2. Ongoing InitiativesLead execution of existing initiativesEnsure alignment with defined strategy and processesMonitor progress and drive consistency and discipline throughout execution3. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the bridge between multiple internal teamsWork with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure initiative successEnable seamless communication and alignment across stakeholders4. Entrepreneurial LeadershipTake ownership of initiatives from concept to executionThink strategically and creatively to solve complex problemsBuild and document operational playbooks and standard operating proceduresMinimum QualificationsUndergraduate degree in any disciplineMBA from a Tier-1 institution is mandatoryExcellent communication and problem-solving skills are a mustPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in EngineeringExperience / Skills Required1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, program management, or similar roleExperience collaborating with founders, CXOs, or senior leadersStrong understanding of project management and business operationsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsAnalytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem solvingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
