We are gearing up to raise funding from angel investors and venture capitalists within the next 3-6 months, and we are seeking a dynamic Co-founder & Chief Product & Technology Officer to join our team.
About the Founder: The founder of Fin Pe brings over 15 years of expertise in digital, B2 C, and BFSI sectors.
As the ex-founder of a million-dollar company that was successfully exited, the founder has a proven track record in scaling businesses and managing significant investment portfolios valued at over 2000+ crores and a lending book size of 1000+ crores.
About the Advisor: He has over 25+ years of BFSI experience, including serving as Managing Director at a leading BFSI company in India, managing a lending & investment portfolio of over ₹40,000 crores.
Role Overview: As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be at the forefront of developing and leading both the product and technology strategies for the Fin Pe platform.
This hands-on role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, including product design, development, and user experience, as well as leading the technology team to ensure a high-quality, scalable product.
Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Lead the design and development of Fin Pe’s product offerings, ensuring they meet user needs and market demands.
Oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Technology Leadership: Architect and build the backend and frontend technology stack of the Fin Pe app, ensuring robust performance, scalability, and security.
UI/UX Design: Direct the UI/UX design process to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience that aligns with our vision and user expectations.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology and product team post-funding, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Product Innovation: Stay ahead of fintech trends and integrate new technologies to keep Fin Pe at the cutting edge of financial innovation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and business team to align product development with company objectives and market needs.
Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising efforts by demonstrating the technical and product capabilities of Fin Pe to potential investors.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a CTO, ideally within fintech or related industries.
Strong expertise in both product management and technology, including full-stack development and UI/UX design.
Experience in building and scaling tech products from scratch, with a focus on user-centric design.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in the fintech space.
Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to drive product and technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
