Full-Stack Engineer (Mobile + Backend + QA Automation)Location: India (Remote)Shift Timing: Mid-shift – Monday to FridayCompensation: ₹8 LPAJob DescriptionWe are looking for a deeply technical Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, learning new technologies independently, and owning end-to-end delivery across mobile, backend, and test automation. This is a high-impact role within a small, fast-moving team where you will influence architecture, reliability, scalability, and product quality.Technical Skill RequirementsProven ability to own the entire full-stack codebase, including deployment, debugging, new feature development, and maintenance.Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently and apply them meaningfully.3+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally with:Native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift)Python for backend development3+ years of hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks such as:Appium, Espresso, JUnit, XCTest, XCUITestExperience with Python-based testingHands-on experience deploying scalable systems on AWS (Lambda, OpenSearch, Docker, EFS, API Gateway, etc.).Strong understanding of QA methodologies and continuous testing principles.Experience or strong interest in Cybersecurity is a plus (some tasks may involve security-focused engineering).ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, including native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and backend APIs/services.Conduct manual and automated testing for mobile and backend components.Work closely with a small engineering team to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-impact features.Migrate backend components to AWS (Lambda, OpenSearch, EFS, Docker, etc.).Monitor, debug, and improve reliability, scalability, and security across production systems.Ensure high-quality engineering through:TestingCode reviewsPerformance optimizationsCI/CD contributionsExecute security-focused engineering tasks as needed.BenefitsBe part of a growing startup and advance your career.Work with diverse teams across the globe.Freedom to share your ideas and influence leadership decisions.Explore us at:
