Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate and interact with top management and the leadership team.
Prepare the annual budget for the entire company, involving interaction with various divisions, departments, and stakeholder management.
Conduct periodic budget vs. actual variance analysis and report findings to management.
Analyze key financial and operational performance indicators and prepare business performance reports.
Coordinate and collaborate on monthly review meetings across various divisions.
Provide analytical and forecasting support to different divisions.
Manage detailed models and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's business model, growth projections, and trends.
Prepare business and corporate presentations for management and stakeholders regarding business performance.
Conduct financial modelling and analysis.
Support the business development team in evaluating new business opportunities.
Assist in managing investor relations with a marquee institutional investor base.
Collaborate with the operations team on working capital management and improvements.
Work on cost optimization initiatives in close coordination with various stakeholders.
Engage in special improvement projects across functions and deliver results.
Expertise Required:
Qualification: MBA ( Finance ) / CA / CWA
Min. 2 years' experience in Financial Modelling or Financial Analysis (suitable candidates from Management consulting/ Credit rating / Business Finance roles are highly preferred)
