Job Description:
Urbanaac Infrastructures Private Limited, a leading precast construction company based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set encompassing various IT aspects relevant to our industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Hardware Troubleshooting:
- Identify and rectify hardware malfunctions.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of hardware components.
2. CCTV Management and Installation:
- Plan, install, and maintain CCTV systems for surveillance purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV infrastructure.
3. WLAN/LAN Network Setup:
- Design and implement WLAN/LAN networks.
- Ensure network security and optimize performance.
4. Asset Database Management:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset database.
- Conduct regular audits and track asset movements.
5. On-site and Manufacturing Facility Visits:
- Be flexible to visit construction sites and manufacturing facilities as needed.
- Provide on-site support and address IT-related issues in real-time.
6.. Software Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand and address software concerns.
7. ERP Data Management:
- Manage and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline data flow and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field h minimum of 3
years of experience.
- Proven experience in CCTV management, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in WLAN/LAN network setup and maintenance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management practices.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel to sites and manufacturing facilities as required.
