Key Responsibilities: Project Management: • Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. • Develop and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings. • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Design Development: • Create detailed interior design plans, layouts, and elevations. • Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that align with the design concept and client preferences. • Produce high-quality 2 D and 3 D drawings and renderings to visualize design ideas. • Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design. Client Relations: • Conduct client meetings to present design concepts, revisions, and final proposals. • Provide professional advice and recommendations on design solutions. • Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively. • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration and Coordination: • Work closely with the design team to brainstorm and develop innovative design solutions. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and products. • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. • Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plan. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence. • Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and client reviews. • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Interior Design from a reputed institution. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling interior design projects. • Proficiency in 2 D and 3 D drawings and renderings using software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar. • Strong creative and conceptual skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
