Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates.Conduct initial screenings and help organize interview schedules with candidates and stakeholders.Operations:Support daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases.Assist in the administration of employee benefits and company policies.Payroll Processing (Dubai):Process payroll for Dubai-based employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.Handle payroll-related queries and liaise with finance for payroll accounting.Stay updated with Dubai labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing.Onboarding and Offboarding:Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background checks, and coordinating orientation programs.Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and clearance formalities.International Experience:Leverage international HR exposure to address unique challenges, including handling employee relocations, visa processing, and compliance with global labor regulations.Support HR operations for global employees, ensuring a seamless experience across locations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to international HR operations.Experience in payroll processing.Strong communication and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with UAE labor laws.Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
