Role Description
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers & and handle the presence of D2C FMCG brands.
- Planning, Executing & monitoring the ongoing corporate communication on social media.
- Launching optimised online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
- Operationally managing end to end process of Ecommerce, Website, Customer relations, Retention.
- Coordinating with technical consultants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms, with experience using relevant tools
- Experience creating and executing successful email and social media campaigns, including content creation and optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create engaging content that drives engagement and conversions
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia content creation tools is a plus
