Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, which is one of the largest banks or so called ‘Mega Banks’ of Japan. MGS was established in the year 2020 as part of Mizuho’s long-term strategy of creating a captive global processing centre for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Bank’s domestic and overseas offices and Mizuho’s group companies across the globe.

Role: BA - RPA
Technical Knowledge/Skills
o Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
o Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
o Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
o Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
o Deep understanding of technology
o Previous experience in VB Script/DoT Net will be a benefit.
o Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages .Net / VB is highly preferred
Qualifications
o Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science
o Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred

o Strong problem solving skills - able to think clearly under pressure
o Ability to work with both business and IT staff in a pressured environment
