Job Title:Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Senior Technical ConsultantLocation:HyderabadEmployment Type:Full-time / ContractExperience:3–8 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Technical Consultantto design, develop, customize, and integrate scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements.Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.Perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution guidelines.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–8 years of hands-on experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operationsdevelopment.Strong proficiency inC#, .NET, SQL Server , and knowledge ofJavaScript .Experience withPower Platform(Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage.Familiarity withAzure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations .Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.Experience withSSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI , and report customizations.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications such as:Dynamics 365 Developer AssociateSolution Architect ExpertExperience in end-to-end / full-cycle implementation projects.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Understanding of cloud-based deployments and security configurations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with leading Microsoft technologies and top global Microsoft partners.Professional development, training programs, and certification support.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
