We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can own end-to-end development, architecture, and cloud deployment. You’ll work across modern front-end and back-end stacks, primarily using React and Node.js, and leverage cloud services to build secure, scalable, high-performance applications. Experience with .NET is a plus.Key Responsibilities• Lead the design and development of new features across the full application stack• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code in React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end)• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and services• Build, optimise, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment, monitoring, auto-scaling, and reliability• Participate in code reviews, architecture sessions, and technical planning• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX, design, and DevOps teams• Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure uptime, and optimise performance• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practicesMandatory Technical Skills & Qualifications• 8+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles• Strong expertise in React (Hooks, state management, performance tuning, component lifecycle)• Advanced proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like Express or NestJS• Deep experience building RESTful APIs , microservices, and modular back-end systems• Hands-on cloud experience with at least one major provider (AWS/Azure/GCP), including:– Compute: EC2, Lambda, or equivalent serverless/container platforms– Storage/Databases: DynamoDB, Aurora, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar– Networking/Deployment: VPC, Load Balancers, IAM, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins)• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases• Solid grasp of authentication, authorisation, and application security principles• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, caching, and scalabilityDesirable Skills (Plus Points)• Experience with .NET/.NET Core• Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration tools• Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, and caching layers• Experience with automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflowsSoft Skills• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions• Comfortable mentoring and guiding team membersWhy Join Us?• Work with modern, high-impact technologies• Ownership of critical product modules and architecture• A collaborative, fast-moving environment with room for growth• Opportunity to influence technical direction and best practices
