Braze Developer

Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Braze Developer ( to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. This includes working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver personalized messaging experiences across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.Responsibilities:Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and CanvasIntegrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKsImplement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentationCollaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflowsTroubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performanceEnsure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data securityProvide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectivelyAny other Braze-related IT projects and ad hoc IT tasksRequirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platformExperience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environmentExcellent communication and documentation skills
