Senior Lead Mobile/App Developer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Mobile/App Developer with a robust technical background in developing mobile applications and backend services. This role demands a deep understanding of mobile frameworks, cloud services, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. As a technical leader, you will architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile /APP Application Development:
- Architect and develop mobile applications using React Native and Flutter, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
- Implement platform-specific features using Android Native (Java/Kotlin) to enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Utilize state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) to maintain app state efficiently.
- Support the smooth running of the existing developed mobile app.
Backend Development:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Optimize Node.js applications for performance, including asynchronous processing and efficient data handling.
- Employ database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) to manage and store application data effectively.
Cloud Deployment and Operations:
- Deploy and manage applications and services on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and ECS/EKS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
Containerization and CI/CD:
- Develop and maintain Docker images for containerized applications, ensuring
- consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate testing, build, and deployment processes.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure code quality and reliability.
Technical Leadership:
- Drive the technical vision and architecture of mobile applications and backend.

- Facilitate agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Technical Requirements:
Mobile Technologies:
- Expertise in React Native, Flutter, and Android Native (Java/Kotlin).
- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, including state management, navigation, and lifecycle management.
Backend Technologies:
- Proficient in Node.js, including experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimization (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Cloud and DevOps:
- Advanced experience with AWS services and deployment strategies.
- Proficient in Docker for containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices for automating the software delivery lifecycle.
Programming Languages and Tools:
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Dart.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Espresso).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile and backend development.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale applications and distributed systems.
