Ltd. , we are looking for aknowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME)to contribute to the development of aSolar and Electrical Fundamentals course . This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful, standards-aligned learning content for the renewable energy sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate, engaging, and standards-aligned instructional materials.Write storyboards and design interactive media to explain technical concepts clearly.Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and industry standards.Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and stakeholders to refine content.Revise and enhance learning resources based on team feedback.Qualifications:✔ Demonstrated expertise in PV systems, electrical systems, and/or occupational safety✔ Familiarity withOSHA regulationsandNEC standards✔ Experience intechnical writing, curriculum design, or multimedia instruction✔ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields✔ Certification insolar energy (NABCEP)orsafety (OSHA 30, CSP)Preferred:Experience in curriculum development for K–12 or technical educationTeaching, training, or mentoring background in technical subjects✨ Skills & Attributes:Strong analytical and conceptual skillsExcellent writing and editing abilitiesCreative problem-solving and instructional design innovationEffective collaboration and teamwork mindsetWork Type:Remote (with opportunities for virtual collaboration)Contract | Hourly RateIf you’re passionate aboutrenewable energy, electrical systems, and workplace safety , and love translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences — we’d love to hear from youApply now by sending your CV and samples of past curriculum or instructional work
