Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Job Overview:
The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and optimize our online sales strategies across various digital platforms. This role involves analyzing market trends, overseeing product listings, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management : Develop and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and updated regularly.
Digital Marketing : Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and visual appeal.
Data Analysis : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and customer behaviour. Use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
Customer Service : Address customer inquiries and issues promptly. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the e-commerce landscape.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
Compliance : Ensure that all e-commerce activities comply with legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and consumer rights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Misho) and analytics tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience of basic web development.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
