About the Role:

We're looking for a Prompt Engineer to help us build intuitive, high-performing AI experiences powered by large language models. You’ll design, test, and refine prompts that drive real customer value across our AI-powered tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft, evaluate, and optimize prompts for performance, accuracy, tone, and usability
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship LLM-driven features
• Build libraries of reusable prompt templates and interaction patterns
• Run prompt experiments and analyze model responses for quality and edge-case handling
• Stay current on prompting techniques, OpenAI updates, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong writing skills with an eye for precision, clarity, and tone
• Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and prompting concepts
• Experience with Python, APIs, or tools like LangChain (bonus but not required)
• Product-minded thinker who can balance user needs and model behavior
• Curious, iterative, and detail-obsessed

In-office Commitment: This position requires a commitment to contribute to our collaborative culture by working in-office five days weekly.
