Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Core Java Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest Java technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of Core Java concepts (OOP, collections, multithreading, I/O).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing object-oriented applications.
  • Experience with popular Java frameworks and libraries (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
