Role : Software Engineering → QA 2/QA 3 for a B2C E Commerce Company @Bangalore locKeySkills- Manual testing, API Testing, Mobile App (Android/iOS) Testing, Jira, Kafka Linux, Performance Testing, Postman, SQL.Looking for folks from B2C PRODUCT COMPANIES ONLYRequirements:3 + years of experience in testing products functionally.Able to understand and analyse requirements and create test plan.Develop test strategy and estimates for the feature testing.Expertise in Android and IOS app testing.Able to troubleshoot the issues and do RCA.Test case writing and management.Good knowledge of HTTP, server, and REST APIWork closely with developers and product owners to understand the systems being tested.Experience with testing tools for Android and iOS (i. e., Android Studio, Android SDK, Charles Proxy/proxyman, ADB, DDMS, Xcode, etc. )Excellent communication skills.Experience with SQL, Postman, etc.Experience working in agile teams and knowledge on agile methodologies.Technical expert with years of experience and a wide range of knowledge in software/technologyRelevant professional experience building highly scalable applications for the Api, Web and AppExperience in managing a small team of QA Engineers and mentoring.Strong knowledge of QA Process, and Agile principles.Hands-on experience in Functional and non-functional testing ( Security / Performance testing).Hands-on experience in preparing Test documentation ( test plan, test strategy, execution plan).Experience in Hiring great talent, and onboarding.Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
