Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional with demonstrable experience in tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services. The ideal candidate will excel in direct client interactions, offering expert guidance through complex tax situations while maintaining and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file various U.S. tax forms, including but not limited to 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065.
  • Provide tax compliance services, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all relevant tax documents.
  • Offer proactive tax planning strategies to clients, helping them navigate tax implications and optimize their tax situations.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing clear guidance and support through complex tax matters.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online and tax software to manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Stay current with tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tax Professional or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Expertise in tax preparation and compliance, with a strong understanding of U.S. tax forms.
  • QuickBooks Online certification is required.
  • Proficiency in tax software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
