Presently, we operate a network of 100+ stores spread across 30 cities, serving the diverse needs of over 1 million retail customers.In the enterprise domain, we deliver comprehensive end-to-end device lifecycle management and tailored technology solutions to a clientele exceeding 1500 customers. By merging innovation with profound industry expertise, Ample provides clients with bespoke solutions, empowering them to attain a competitive advantage in their respective business landscapes.1. Key Role ResponsibilitiesTechnology Solutioning and Procurement:Collaborate and lead solutioning and strategizing efforts with stakeholders to negotiate strategies, addressing solution and budget concernsStay abreast of market trends and benchmark against office setups, facilities, and technological capabilitiesProvide lifecycle management for hardware and software, including procurement, upgrades, and recyclingProcure hardware and software in accordance with budgetary constraints, ensuring the right quantity and price and as per role requirementDevelop comprehensive procurement reports integrating efficiency benchmarks and security risk assessments, prioritizing risk identification and mitigation plans, incident management, and ongoing technology improvementsOptimize cost efficiencies by procuring technology in appropriate configurations and timingOversee the procurement and implementation process for infrastructure components, including (not limited to) landline, CCTV, and mobile phone plansImplementation and Optimization:Ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions, including functionality verification and stakeholder trainingOptimize the utilization of technology assets to ensure efficient resource usage by stakeholdersManage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to infrastructure and cloud security within defined service level agreements (SLAs)Cybersecurity and Risk Management:Conduct risk assessments and security threat modelling exercises in collaboration with technology engineering teams to identify and mitigate potential security risksAdminister cybersecurity training sessions for employees promote awareness among employees regarding cybersecurity best practices, covering areas such as handling spam emails and online transactions, to enhance the organization's first line of defence against potential threats.Implement and manage the deployment and oversight of various security tools and technologies, including EDR, NDR, Firewall, Cloud Security Posture Management, CIEM, and vulnerability assessment toolsRelationship Management:Work closely with technical teams, including Identity and Authorization, Application Owners, Hosting teams, and the Security Operations CentreEngage external stakeholders, such as vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with security standards and regulationsFoster strong relationships with business owners to understand their needs and priorities effectively and negotiate strategies to address concerns in alignment with organizational objectivesKey Result AreasInfra Procurement, Project Management & SecuritySolutions Alignment and ScalabilityPresenting Infrastructure Optimization (Cost or Speed Efficiencies)Risk Management – assessing & creating safeguardSecurity Incident Reduction, Resolution and ManagementAvailable infrastructureKnowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavioural competencies5+ years of experience in infra security roles in the capacity of internal IT and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and Cloud Security certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft), will be an added advantageProficiency in security tools and technologies including vulnerability scanning, SIEM, EDR, and cloud security management platformsThorough understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance requirementsStrong leadership skills with experience in team management and project deliveryExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills
