We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with strong expertise in SQL to design, develop, and implement data visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence (BI) best practices, advanced Tableau functionalities, and database management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Tableau Development
Design and develop advanced, visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports.
Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and reliability.
Implement advanced Tableau features such as sets, parameters, LOD expressions, and custom calculations.
Business Analysis
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements for Tableau dashboards.
Present insights and recommendations to business teams using Tableau visualizations.
Data Management
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate Tableau with data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud storage solutions.
Support data governance by ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
SQL Development
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting and analytics.
Design, develop, and maintain data models and structures for efficient query performance.
Collaborate with database administrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaboration
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Work closely with the Data engineering team and supporting issues and open tickets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop , Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
Expertise in SQL with experience writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift, etc.).
Qualification : Any Graduation
Work Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai
