The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to the development of the agricultural sector in Cambodia and to the support the EIB-financed activities under ASPIRE-AT. Key Expert: Expert in Road Bridge Engineering ☝️ A university degree in civil and/or structural engineering or in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification in engineering or in a relevant discipline for bridge design and construction. Fluent in English. ☝️ At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the design and/or construction of road/transport bridges. ☝️ Should have successfully completed at least two projects involving planning, designing and/or bridge construction, out of which at least one should be implemented in South – Asia countries.
